Jaltek's new Manufacturing Execution System suite from Aegis Software has been successfully rolled out on the factory floor.

This powerful tracking and tracing toolset gives us the ability to offer full traceability - right down to component batch level - for every assembly that is produced. Jobs are now being tracked and quality data recorded in real time. The system automatically publishes weekly quality metrics, allowing us to drill down into the detail of the data. This is already paying dividends in terms of being able to trace faults back to the pin of a device on a particular board.

Already we have had really positive feedback from customers about the quality and presentation of data pulled from the Aegis system, and at least one customer has increased their volume of work with Jaltek as a result of the implementation of the full Aegis suite.
