Jaltek Systems is pleased to announce that, as part of our commitment to continuously invest in improving systems, processes and procedures, we have recently taken delivery of a new Automatic Cleaning system.

Following an extensive selection process, Jaltek has purchased the Trident ZDO fully automated cleaning system by Aqueous Technologies. Installation and training will be carried out in late April with the intention that this new Aqueous based system will be fully up and running by mid May. Currently Jaltek utilises a Co-Solvent cleaning system on PCBA’s.

In addition, Jaltek has also invested in a Gen3 Systems Zero Ion G3-24 Contamination testing machine, which will allow us to monitor board cleanliness, ensuring Jaltek always achieves the highest standards.

Commenting on the new investment, Jaltek’s Quality Manager, Simon Lee, said; 'Board cleanliness is a critical requirement for many of our customers, particularly for Aerospace and high-reliability products which need conformal coating. This new investment ensures that we continue to meet these high standards, backed up by validation test reports if needed.'

All equipment has been purchased through Etek Europe who will be providing on-going support.
