Jaltek are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed our full 3-year recertification assessment from BSI which extends our AS9100 certification until September 2021. 

A total of 8 days auditing covered all our key business processes from initial enquiry and quotation to final inspection and delivery.  The audit report highlighted our strengths including a competent and experienced workforce, ‘hands-on’ management style and our commitment to process improvement.

The AS9100 standard includes all the quality management system requirements of ISO9001, with additional aviation, space and defence industry-related clauses, including:

·         Product Safety & Ethical Behaviour

·         Counterfeit Parts Prevention

·         Operational Risk

·         Human Factors related to nonconformities

·         Configuration Management

Our AS9100 certification recognises our commitment to maintaining the highest level quality management system for the benefit of all our customers, not just those involved in aerospace and defence.
