In line with our continued investment we have purchased an additional Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machine, with advanced optics and 3D imaging, from CyberOptics. The new machine will compliment our existing AOI, with both sharing a central database, and be used alongside x-ray to check component placement.

Their systems can find critical defects and measure critical parameters for the most challenging applications. The SQ3000 is an all-in-one solution that covers inspection and measurement for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and coordinate measurement (CMM) applications.

It also uses the industry-leading Multi-Reflection Suppression (MRS) sensor technology that meticulously identifies and rejects reflections caused by shiny components and surfaces. Effective suppression of multiple reflections is critical for highly accurate measurement.
