Jaltek are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Stern as the new Chief Financial Officer. With over 15 years of experience in finance and operations, Nick will be working with Jaltek’s Managing Director, Steve Pittom, in order to support realise the company’s Jaltek’s continued growth strategy, as well as structuring the business appropriately to deliver this growth both mid term and long term.

Nick commented on his appointment saying, 'I’m very excited to be joining such a vibrant and dynamic team who are producing high quality products for such vital industries. Jaltek has a diverse and innovative customer base and I am thrilled to be a part of this.’

Nick’s career started through the traditional accounting, taxation and assurance route before moving into corporate finance and restructuring.

Prior to joining Jaltek, Nick held a number of senior roles at PwC assisting clients to devise robust corporate and operational strategies. Nick also spent a number of years’ working in Private Equity and has experience across many industry sectors, notably manufacturing, music, media, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
