Our state of the art technology includes surface mount lines for volume production and a dedicated NPI line, all supplied by Blakell Europlacer. Iineo+ is a multi function SMT Pick and Place platform with the highest level of flexibility in the industry. Furthermore the ‘prototyping’ line and the main production lines are 100% compatible. Prototypes built on iineo I are then seamlessly transferred to the main lines.

Investing in test and inspection processes is also a priority. Our Automatic Optical Inspection compliments our X-ray facility combining the very latest in state-of-the-art 2D and 3D technology with the most advanced optics in the industry, guaranteeing the highest level of product quality and reliability. An additional AOI is due in 2019.
